Community Manager - Consistently provides superior customer service and makes resident relations a top priority in all interactions. Consistently embodies the American Land Lease Good Neighbor Pledge and serves as a role model by positively impacting resident and employee relations.
Sales Consultant - Responds to all leads in a timely manner and converts leads to appointments. Works with community team to ensure customer experience is positive. Promptly educates prospective residents about American Land Lease lifestyle opportunities. Writes sales contracts and follows through on home sales.
Community Positions - Additional opportunities in American Land Lease communities include Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Administrative Assistant positions.
