Located within a few miles of a river marina and just eight miles from the legendary Crystal and Homosassa Rivers, Forest View is a great location for boating, diving and watching Florida’s famous manatees swim in pristine waters. We even offer on-site boat and RV storage. Plus, there’s an abundance of nature trails in the area for hiking and biking. And an entrance to the Ozello Trail is right on site. Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park is nearby, and beautiful Gulf sand beaches are a short drive away. For avid golfers, Citrus County offers a choice of 13 golf courses, and even more in the Tampa Bay area.

Our exciting new recreation center offers a myriad of opportunities for fun and relaxation. Imagine playing tennis with friends or unwinding with a book in the library. Enjoying a game of billiards. Or stepping outside to relax in the spa and swim year-round in one of two heated swimming pools. You can also join a friendly game of bocce or shuffleboard, then gather by the tiki hut for a barbecue.
